Firstly, it's my website and I can do what I want to!

Secondly, baking is another creative outlet of mine.

After I was diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance in my mid-20s I began crafting my own recipes.

I love any excuse to bake and always bring a homebaked cake to my classes for my students to enjoy.

I have been promising to share my recipes with friends and students for years and always said

"One day I'll publish them to my website..."

So here they are! All receipes are gluten free.
